Lake Tahoe has 72 miles of crystal clear shoreline and is the largest alpine lake in North America. Twenty-two miles long and l2 miles wide, Lake Tahoe is so clear that objects can be seen up to depths of 120 feet. The floor of the Lake Tahoe basin is near the 4,580 foot elevation, lower than the surface of the Carson Valley to the east! While there are 63 tributaries draining into Lake Tahoe, there is only one outlet at the Truckee River. Also, you'll be close to the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest, the largest National Forest within the US National Forest Service, outside of Alaska. With so many places to explore, you'll return again and again.

Three-night minimum during peak season. Rates are subject to change and premium rates apply for some holidays. Please call or write to confirm rates for specific dates. Cleaning fee is $200.00, plus a 10% occupancy tax is due. Check in time is 4:00 PM or later. Check out time is 10:00 AM. Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed. Security Deposit Information An imprint of a credit card will be taken as a security deposit at check in at the Property Management Office where keys and directions will be picked up. A $100.00 deposit will be taken in case there is sand and dirt left in the hot tub for cleaning. No extra charges will be incurred unless there is damage or extra cleaning for our home. You will be promptly notified of any additional charges. Cancellation Policy A 25% deposit is due within 7 days of booking. Final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to occupancy. Cancellations within 60 days of occupancy will be refunded to the extent we can re-rent the home less a $100 processing fee.
